Delivery

Where do we deliver?

We ship within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.  

 

What are our order processing time?

Once you have placed your order with us, we will dispatch it from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once the order is on its way to you.  Due to Covid-19 and staff shortages, orders are taking up to 14 days to be dispatched and delivered, therefore you may experience some delays with your orders. We apologise for this inconvenience. 

UK Delivery

Your purchase will be posted using Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 Hour and delivery cost is £4.75. For orders over £150, we offer free delivery. 

Due to covid, delivery time is between 7-14 business days.

Please Note: Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man may take an additional two working days. 

Europe Delivery

Standard via Royal Mail (5-7 working days): £15.00

Express via DHL (2 Working Days): £20.00

 

Due to covid, delivery time is between 7-14 business days.


Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK may incur additional customs and duties. Onesta is not liable to pay these fees and unfortunately we have no control over the additional charges.

 

International Delivery

Standard via Royal Mail (5-7 working days): £25.00

Express via DHL (2 working days): £30.00

Do we offer express shipping?

Unfortunately, we can not offer express shipping at this time, but we are hoping to offer this very soon.   

Lost or Damaged Packages  

Your purchase will be posted using Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 Hour. Your tracking number will be issued to you via email. If you do not receive your order, please contact Royal Mail and quote your tracking number to them.  

Onesta Clothing Ltd is not liable for any products which are damaged or lost during shipping.
